Find your order number

Open the Deckvora order-confirmation email and locate the order number.

Enter your email

Use the same billing email address that was entered during checkout.

View the status

Review the current order status and any available shipment details.

Tracking information not available?

  • New carrier scans may require up to 48 hours after the shipping email.
  • Confirm that the order number and billing email were entered exactly as shown.
  • You can also sign in through My Account to review order history.
  • If tracking has not updated for several business days, email support@deckvora.shop.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
