2. Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding purchase agreement. When creating an account or ordering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products and website information

We work to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, capacity, compatibility, images and colors. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing updates may create minor variations. Packaging may change without materially changing the product.

Trading cards or display items shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. Review the complete product page before ordering.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated as required. Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted.

If a listing contains an obvious pricing, description or availability error, we may correct it and contact you before fulfillment. You may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept a material correction.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the request; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, misuse, shipping restrictions or an obvious listing error.

If a paid order is canceled, the amount charged for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payments

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment services may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Deckvora does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, processing estimates, delivery timing, tracking and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will follow applicable requirements when a shipment is unexpectedly delayed.

Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Eligible U.S. purchases may be returned under our Returns & Refund Policy. The policy explains the 30-day window, product condition, free return shipping, authorization process, refund timing and damaged-order support.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a way that burdens the service, use false information, commit payment fraud, violate another person's rights or use the store for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Deckvora name, logos, product graphics, website design, text, photographs and other original content are owned by Deckvora or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping purposes.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, analytics tools or social platforms. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, content or policies, although your statutory rights concerning your Deckvora purchase remain unaffected.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those stated on the product page or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or a product purchase. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude liability that legally cannot be limited.

14. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the transaction. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
